You can produce water artificially on planet surfaces and it is viable as long as you generate an atmosphere -_-; All you need for that is a C02 system.

I'll believe in Mars the God of War before I believe in the tyrannical Christian God. At least Mars never hid his intentions. Or lied. Or flooded the world because he felt pissed off at people. Yeah - real diplomatic God.
Besides, if humans CAN play God that proves humans are equal to God. Since humans are not equal to God it disproves God. Are you just scared we'll succeed and not need some high and mighty cloud of logic anymore?
