just saying why it's stupid to think we can get on mars so soon.maybe in the next ouple hundred years it's a practical thought but we should be talking about it on television to people who will never see it happen. also there may indeed be other habitable planets out there but unless we can go about the speed of light then we won't be able to get there. also an artificial planet is not as good as the real thing. it will take way too long for anything like what you guys are talking about. by which time the human race is most likely going to be extinguished. also if we could go the speed of light we could go back in time eventually. then we could change history. I don't think that that is such a good idea. if wwe could change history. the south could win the civil war. England could win the revolution. napoleon could win at waterloo. peopl could help heal alegander the great. there are so many things that could go wrong if we could go back in time. also even if we could go the speed of light any planet that we can find that is habitable is probably a few ten thousand light years away tha is why it is impracticle to think we can go to mars. we may be able to make machine domes like somebody said but it would not be nearly as practical or efficient as the earth we now have. thereofore we should try and fix our own planet first before (if there are aliens) we go around messing with other people's. unless we make a huge scientific discovery that will increase speed or make there be a very large amount of oxygen in an oxygen tank we can't get there. that is why I think they are IDIOTS. I'm not saying that it is impossible. I'm saying that is stupid to think we can so soon. big expectations way too soon. trust me if we can't even make cars fly there is no way we are getting to mars any time soon. the reasons I stated are why I think it is implausible. man made stuff is never as good as the real thing. also if mars is cold enough to have ice caps it's probably too cold to support human life anyways. we'd also have to melt the caps in order to have enough water to survive. that would be in the hope that there was fresh water instead of salt water. that is why it is impractical to think we can get to mars. that is why I think they are idiots. unless we can get plant life to flourish there is no way to survive. unless we sent a space shuttle up tehre every (period of time) which could be bad if whatever we sent it in crashed. even if we could send in water and food it would still be hard to have a colony that would have a really good chance of supporting life.also i made a mistake when I said scientifically impossible.
