Well, it would be difficult for the Bible state anything about the Muslims, since the Islam just originated in the 7th century. 
But I was refering to the actual Pope Ratzinger, who said that the Islam is an evil religion, and had to officially apologize later. There's a clear prejudice against the Muslims in the western world nowadays, because most think of them as terrorists. (This is nothing new, I am just clarifying my previous post, don't take it as I am trying to teach you anything.
