how do you get psobb SCHTHACK to work?

how do you get psobb SCHTHACK to work?

I downloaded psobb from SCHTHACK.com and when I click the icon it says Getting list of updates then after that it says

Updating file\map_city02_00_00o_s.dat then says

Cannot create file data\map_city02_00_00o_s.dat
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Gamecube
Level:139 whitill, HUmar, Luie

Weapons: Sange & Yasha ,Red Sword +20,Red handgun

Armor: Valiant Frame 4 slots God/Power God/Power Orge/power++ Elf/Arm++

Barrier: Standstill Sheild

PSOBB
level: 59 greenill, RAmar, kyro

weapons: Belra's cannon, Ophélie Seize, Ano bazooka

Armor: Dragon Frame 4 slots Elf/arm++, Elf/arm++, God/power, H/power

Barrier: Secret Gear
