It depends, for the Hunewearl, on whether you're planning to go all-out physical attacks, or make her a borderline Force.
Hucast, POW is definitely the first port of call, as well as accuracy. MND is useless, so try not to put even one level into it, as it'll just be taking a level from another stat you could raise.
For the Fonewearl, a little defence would help, but as a mage your main point is ranged magic damage; if you can kill it before it gets to you, it's a much better option than allowing it to hit you because your spell wasn't strong enough or fast enough.
For Racaseal, again, defence really isn't a huge deal as you'll generally be trying to deal damage from afar.
