Yes. It can be unfair if someone is mean and downright evil enough to come from US or JP servers to battle you. If someone does come in and you don't think you can do anything. The best thing to do is just walk up to them and don't attack. Commit suicide. There is no point in wasting 30mins+ on a battle you can't win. So just kill yourself (by letting them do it).
