How does Meseta work

You just walk up to the right counter online and get 3 choices (not sure if it's 3 or 4). Depends on how much you want to spend on buying cards. The better cards obviously cost more. You are presented with a list of cards you COULD get. The one you pick might not be the one you get. It's a lucky dip. Sometimes the card will 'transform' and you will get a better card sometimes. Although I usually just get another TP Attack -.-. I've got about 60 now I think.
