lol. Its doesnt matter offline what level you are, if you have completed Normal, Hard, and Very Hard modes then Ultimate will become unlocked. You will have to be level 80 or higher to play in ultimate games online though. I'm not sure what happens if you've unlocked ult. offline, and arent above level 80 online.
Nice techniques jtmoney. I would have to say i do the same thing, using mostly Hit & Run systems! When the monster is doing their combo is the best time to strike. Get close to them, and when they start their combo, make sure you get to a safe enough distance so you dont get hit, and then run around them quickly and strike.
Also with my weapon (Stag Cutlery/S-Rank Twin), and many other weapons (Such as guns), i hit once, and then continue to the combo using power (charge) hits. On my Gamecube controller, its A-X-X. That way it knocks them back , and then secondly knocks them back further and doing their 'ARGH' type thing (Unable to attack) (This works especially well with belra's on ruins), after this leaves the last strike open for another power charge hit. Then run back, and repeat! I doubt that makes sense and probabily confuses readers more then anything!
