I guess you are running in 50Hz mode.... but I thought they took the 50Hz ship down, or not yet?
If you are in 50Hz (and if you don't know if you are or not, you are
), then hold B when the GC starts. You should be able to select 60Hz as an option. But your TV must support 60Hz first.
And this is supposed to be a EU site but we probably have more American/Canadian members o_O
