By anytime do you mean a 56k service that can be used for as long as you want, for a single monthly charge? If so then I know Blueyonder never charged me extra and am pretty sure most ISPs won't. They don't really have a way of knowing if it is your Gamecube or PC that is doing the dialling as far as I know.

You may get more help if you post this in the Help!! section, but I am sure a friendly mod will be moving it soon for you...
