I use Virgin.net, but there are many others such as BT or Freeserve (Or Wanadoo as theyre now called), and many others. I honestly can't think of any ISP's that do a monthly (Anytime) system that charges you extra for playing PSO online. Just the BT PAYG system that PlaySEGA informs you bout when u sign up for a HL (Seperate terms n conditions n wot have u).
However u shud contact the ISP first b4 decidin if they are the people 2 sign up with if u wanna play PSO Online to make sure it will work. Some ISP's do not let unknown systems access their servers (Such as Nintendo Gamecubes!).
