I can't remember the Katakana charts 100%, but I think this is how the Romanji is for the title..
*NOTE: hu is pronounced like fu...

I could be completely wrong, and if so, please tell me. I was only in class for a year and I'm on break now, so it's all leaving my brain. But, anyways, I'm pretty sure you all knew that said Phantasy Star Universe just in Katakana. I haven't learned Kanji yet so I'm no help there.
