No. You can't overwrite ones you have already got. 3 is the maximum any mag can have. So choose wisely. It might be best to start a mag off with a force to raise it to it's first evolution at level 10. You get a good PB that way. I can't remember the name but it heals you. The hunter and ranger ones aren't that good really.
