Religion?

in the the crusades almost 1 milloin people died because the churh told them to go and fight for a so called "Holy Land". that's not right, and the Nazis killed jews not only because they had a differnt religion but because they're religion is also an ethinic group. I wonder if poeple will ever realize that it's not who or how u worship it's that u have faith in somthing bigger than ur self, and that u know someone or somthing is there when u need them/it.

Response to bold: The Nazis actually blamed the Jews since they had to blame someone for their economic troubles - by pure coincidence lots of Jews were making livings as moneylenders!
