Obviously not, 'cause that's wrong. Not only is the HUmar's ATA excellent, but HUmars also have an excellent ATA growth. I wonder where you're even getting this thought from.
2) And this I know you have no idea what you're talknig about. Offline, he's the greatest hunter, since with his support techniques, he'll be doing more damage. And online, not only will he support the rest of the team, making them stronger, but his more than excellent ATP make him a nice assistant in melee. As a Force, he's the second worst. Obviously you've never tried S/D/J/Z alone. If everyone's competent, they'll ask the Force for the support techniques.

And told tell me you've played these characters, since I have both these characters (As my highest characters, too).
I have raised a HUmar. First caharcter I played as, thank you very much. His ATA growth is good, but ONLY FOR HUNTERS. The ATA growth still leaves a lot to be desired for better weapons, such as mechguns and slicers.
As for the force, most people I've played with do not asked for support techs. I've played since the DC and not once have I seen somebody ask for support techs, other than Resta and Reverser. The bonus you get is only useful to a weak character, or a: 1)HUnewearl, 2)RAmarl, or 3)a newman force. Only three where the bonus is useful.
