to be honest, i think halo really is a better game than halo2 :S . in halo2 they messed up so much stuff, like the distance of grenades and that crappy health bar!!! and they also ruined the pistol (my favorite weapon).. >_< some of the new weapons are good but they took out the AR.. come on AR!!!! that was the ultimate weapon for disrespecting. 
and now it takes like 8 shots to kill someone in the head with a pistol, it used to take 3 and they were sent spining like a balarina.. lol. but i have to admit i always wanted a harder Campaign mode and they delivered.. Legendary is REALLY Legendary. the Campagin si better on Halo2 but what really matters is the mulitplayer and Halo is much better in mulitplayer.. all in all Bungie really messed up big time in my mind and many others..
