Even if he did do it. There was NO solid evidence. It was all circumstantial. So therefore on that fact alone it goes against all the principles that the U.S. justice system was founded on. Which is to prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that he murdered her. So without no solid evidence he shouldn't be put to death.
