Each enemy on any difficulty and episode will only ever drop a certain rare. The only exceptions are Photon Drop and Add Slot. These can drop anywhere. A Redria Ultimate Hildetorr, if it drops a rare, you can be 99.9% sure it's going to be a God/Battle (that's the one that's in my brain right now Rolleyes).
