no. It will not matter in the slightest. Even streching a cable that has loss free connection, around the globe wouldn't have much impact! The signals are sent at the speed of light (or at least very close). So for the scientists among you that is 3^8 m/s. (I think). For the none scientists,it is VERY fast.:p
