Although I've noticed a pattern to the meanings of the class suffixes ('M' for humans :S , 'C' for androids :S , 'N' for newmans
, female if it ends in 'L'), the only one that's obvious in its meaning is '-newm'.
And also, why are hunters (HU-), rangers and forces collectively known as "Hunters"?
Please post if you think the answer isn't "Because it just is".
P.S. I've not played Phantasy Star. Were these classes already established back then?
