[Kain]

Sorry for the delay. But on request of Grave here is a new chapter...

The hazy mist of alcohol blurred Kain's vision as the red flashing lights of the club pierced through his head. The pulsing music rushed around him and he was lost in the flow of people. Here, in times like this he could release himself and forget who and what he was. He was barged by a tall figure from behind him, causing him to spill his drink down the girl infront. Kains vision changed from blurred, to red. He turned he punched in one movement. To his extreme suprise the man caught his fist and pulled him in close. He raised his hand a bright light flooded the room, blinding everyone around. Kain struggled but ultimately failed, the stagnant air of the club no longer reaching his lungs, he collapsed in the strangers arms as they rang out of the club into the streets outside.

Kain pretended to sleep, His eyes rolling back under his eyelids and his body frozen in a superficial lethargy. He traced his companions movement across the floor. It was the same man in the club for sure. His footsteps where quiet and soft but long. The stride of a thin, tall man. Unlike most tall people however Kain noticed he kept his weight on the inside of his feet, not on the outside. Kain continued his silent analysis of the man until he could decipher no more.
"Are you quite finished?" the whispy voice shattered Kain's facade. He flipped off the bed and reached for his concealed knife in his sleeve which was when he realesed he was naked. His moment of hesitation provided his opponent with an oppurtunity. The spidery words of force slid from his mouth and wrapped Kain up in their enchanting arms. He froze from the neck down as a painful cramp set in all over his body.
"who are you, why do you keep following me! You know what, i don't even wanna know. Let me go now or your see some of my force"
"And exactly how do you plan to hurt me with no body?" the witty voice retorted?
Kains eyes flashed. The pain faded into anger and the anger into power. His veins pulsed and his arms began to move faster than the eye could see. His eyes glazed over in rage and he charged his former captor. He kick his opponent to his neck and heard a satisfying crunch as he snapped the bone. Engulfed in rage, he was unable to stop. He followed the body to the floor and pummled it with a flow of punches and blood flew from its mouth. He only stopped when his knuckles where split and tears ran down his face from exhaustion. His mind returned and he cursed what his soul could do to him at the same time, thanking it for its astounding power. He gathered his equipment and examined the corpse. He had no doubt it was the dark magician that had followed him in the wilderness. However, he doubted this force was working solo. Whoever had wanted him dead wouldn't stop with this force and Kain was still none the wiser as to why or who people were trying to kill him.

Alert with fear Kain ran into the night once again. He had to leave this place. He knew a few connections from his past, none of which he wished to contact but they were the cloest thing he had to friends and would undoubtedly need their help. It was off to the business quarter for his first 'friend'...
