Ok...I agree that the manga for One Piece (notice that extra "E". Hehe.) is awesome. But the show on fox is sacrilege, the reason that the voices are so bad is because the show is licensed by a company called 4KIDS. 4KIDS is the same production house that did shows like Digimon and Pokemon, so in other words, a company catering anime to kids between the ages of 7 and 12. So they got the "kiddiest" dubbers they could find to make the show more immature. On top of that they actually edited out a fair amount of footage containing the more violent fight scenes. So if you're going to try and watch this show definitely find the subtitled japanese version. Otherwise stick with the manga, since it's just as great.
