Yesterday I took my HUmar into Ult Mines for the first time, specifically to level up. Had an easier time than I thought I would. Generous amounts of Jellen, sometimes Zalure... then run back and hit them with a slicer (that's what I did, anyway, but mine is a Red Slicer +10 with 20% machine 
). Then when you have only one or two left, use your twin saber/sword on them (mine's a Meteor Cudgel +15).
I can't remember when I entered Mines with my RAmar, but I think I cleared it at level 95 (not sure though).
