You tekked it down. You didn't "argue" with the tekker... you can get up to 10% more or 10% less on any percent that the weapon has. This is why you can't always believe the tekker - look at its percents before you take it to him and see if you can get the 10% higher (it'll take awhile sometimes).

Thank goodness I have no negative-% weapons. I do have this one Calibur of some kind that I kept, before I figured the above out... it has hit % shown, but it says 0%... I assume that I just didn't check that out and it was originally higher. Funny to see it there... almost like it's laughing at me. Tongue
