Technically most of us could sue Sega for breach of contract, as since we pay for out subscription, we're paying for the maintenance of the game, and Sega are doing sweet FA about all the cheating recently, unless they get like a billion complaints.
Also, you could sue the cheaters too (attempted damage to data), and companies such as Datel, (3rd party involvement to the above stated).
The problem is though, that most people either don't realise this, are too dumb to do anything about it, or can't afford taking it to a cival court.
