Chapter4: New Powers to Try With a Little Revenge
Out in a small field in the Forest of Ragol, Grave appeared with a sudden POOF of smoke. Thump “Oh, first time you go a couple of feet fine, second you end up twenty feet in the air and land on what’s left of your head, not cool. Third times a charm I hope.” Grave staggered to his feet, looking out at where he was. He started to walk a ways when he heard the fate sounds of a battle. “This could fun, I need something to take out steam on.” He started to creep over to were the sound was coming from. He poked his now skull head out from the bushes. What he saw was a lone FOnewman fighting a couple of Hildebears. “I know that face from some where.” Grave said to himself. He grabbed a peace of fruit from a close tree. He took a bite not taking his eye off the Newman. He looked down to see the fruit on the round. “Oh right not living anymore. That gives new meaning to the phrase “Falls right through me” I may never get used to that.” He looked back at the Newman who was just finishing off the Hidebears. He raised his hands in the air as a fireball erupted from the Hildebear. “I know that Rafoie anywhere. That’s Heintz, he almost had me killed once when he got to the target first and then told the client that I took off with the money. Maybe it is time for a little revenge.” He said as his eyes glowed red. He started to walk over to Heintz when a Fonewwearl appeared from the bushes to the left of him. “You did a wonderful job hon.” She said as she kissed him on the cheek. Grave jumped back into the bushes. “Now would not be the best of times I will wait.” Grave sat for an hour while the two Newman ate. The Newwearl got up and said, “Sorry but I must go I have other things to attend to.” With that she got up dropped a Telepipe and left. “Finally.” Grave said getting up. Heintz got up to leave himself when Grave yelled from the bushes. “Heintz whats the hurry? Can’t stick around for a minute to play?”
Heintz turned with a sudden start. “Who’s there?”
“Come on man you know who it is.”
“Grave is that you. If it is about the other day, I am sorry. But you know business is business.”
“Well this does have to do with the other day, but it more that just business. You almost had me killed.”
“Really I didn’t realize that the client would go to that drastic of measures.” Heintz said as a Mace of Adaman appeared in his hand.
“You know right well that will do no good to me.”
“Grave if it is a fight you want a fight you will get but enough with the shit get out and show yourself.”
Grave smiled a boney smile, pulled his robes hood over his head, and covered his arms with the sleeves to hide what had become of him. He started out from the bushes toward Heintz.
“Ah see that wasn’t to hard to come out of hiding now was it? Just how long have you been there?”
“Long enough to see everything.”
“Would that include the Newwearl?” He asked with a worried look on his face.
“Yes including the Newwearl.”
“You won’t tell anyone will you.”
“You won’t live long enough to care.”
Heintz ducked out of instanced of Graves scythe, and jumped away.
