I'd say definitely Poison, Paralysis and Confuse techniques. Slow, too. An ATA boost would be nice... and an MST boost! Hah! Using MST to boost MST... then when you have all four "up" support techs cast, you get something with red, blue, yellow and green... or something. *Imagines four such support techs, synchronized* *drools*
And yes, a standard attack-type technique would be useful. It's all well and good to use elemental techniques, but sometimes we have to make the decision between having a very limited amount of techniques on our shortcut keys (and thus, possibly eliminating the ability to use one element quickly), or sacrificing some melee options. If you had a tech that could work well on all enemies, that would be great.
