pokemon emerald.

I'd help Emelious but I have two problems.

1. windows OS won't work. need a new one and that requires formatting as far as I know.
2. I have a 7.4 GB file I'd need to transfer and only have 6.256 GB of portable space.:'( I'll try and get something worked out.
