Not to take me wrong I do like Halo 2 but i find its a lil over hype'd. I use a systems link program instead of the X-Box Live (cause its free, u just need a router[spelling?]) and 90% of the ppl on it are playing halo 2 :S

the carbine rifle is ok when u dont have anything else but u dont get out much do u there are better weapons by far....use duel mags or somehting shit comeon

Anyway..one glitch I know of with the sword..I don't know the roketlauncher?

Uh, anyway...you sit in the passenger seat of the warhog..and attack someone with the sword....that person runs away...FAR AWAY....

And then, jump out of the seat..and watch YOU fly...haha...it's great..

sorry to bring this up so late again, but that was not the one i was talking about... simply have the rocket launcher, and plasma sword as your two weapons, with the rocket launcher (make sure you are not in zoom) get the target to go red on a foe... then change weapon, and 1/4 second later press R... you will go really far and then kill the enemy

(you won't go nearly as far as the warthog glitch, but it is handy for high-jacking banshees mid-flight, and good for making huge jumps on the bridge place!!!

they banned that glitch but you can still do the sword glitch by letting the cursor red over an enemy then press r+x and youll sword cancle

HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT!? Ahem... Actually, you've got a point. It did seem overhyped. It was a nice addition with the game engine, physics and guns, but it didn't feel as if there was as much as there should have been.

True that, the pistol scope was excellent. Thats why I switched to the Carbine for H2. Ah well, hope they put the pistol scope back into the game with Halo 3 (as there's so blatantly gonna be)

i know the ending was soooooooo domb to the 10th extent man i thought there was going to be another level when the credits startedd roling by i was p.o.

Yea the ending was sooo lame. I would say Halo 1 and 2 are on par. Halo one has some better weapons (like the pistol for instance, and no swords in multiplayer) but halo 2 has more weapons and vehicles. Halo 2, however, has some pretty bad cut scene glitches. As for actual gameplay graphics, the only bonus i can see is the additional ragdoll physics. Im not much for graphics (i play pacman still, just because its fun!! It doesnt matter to me about graphics). Ive never played online, so i cant rate that, although by the way the offline game seemed rushed, i cant say that i think the online mode would be much better.
