some reason i cant find any rares.........its not right....im lvl 70 and still not 1 rare!!!!!!!!! (ultimate mode) i got a mag from a friend (preta) somehow its lvl 1304...... all things like
pow=326 def=326 mst=326 and Dex=326

Eeeeeeerm.......i think i heard that you cant find rares when youve got a hacked mag equipped.

I play PSO long time and I believe; There is no system..............is pure LUCK......
