Some ppl have their own opinions on different games, some ppl actually prefer Halo to Halo 2 (don't know why exactly).

Actually some games that are follow-ups to the previous series, aren't always better than the original. I'd give an example of such, but.......I forgot

Halo 2 is too easy, I mean, Legendary on the original was pure co-op all nighter-material, but there's nothing of the same class on the sequel.

sword is not cheap, just try outranging it
pistol was too powerful, and it is still powerful, especially with two of them
duel weilding is awesome
the AR was replaced by SMGs, which are better
in multi, you can't use flashlight/covenant camo (just to let you know)
longer campaign, and legendary is extremely hard

well your right. first off HALO is longer than the 2nd one. the only good thing about it is the new rides.

Maybe one day I'll get to play it but I don't own and never will own an Xbox, seems to be quite a good game from what I've seen. They said the same about Tomb Raider when it first came out and Metal gear solid, I hope they aren;t wrong :p

Halo 2 kicks butt!!! just last night me and my friends stayed up to 5:30 am playing Halo 2 online and it was sweet, only thing that ruines it is the cheaters on it. we beat any and all opponents.(except for the cheaters)
