It has nothing to do with Section ID. It's all probability, as far as I know anyway.

The section ID has almost no influence. In fact, the Tekker's type changes, and that changes which level of an item he is best at finding. For instance, if you're an ID that finds lots of Partisan-type weapons, odds are that your tekker will find 2nd-3rd level abilities on a partisan more than he will on other types of weapons.

Aw. -10%s exist on Version 2, unfortunately. Okay. So it only changes by + or - 10%. Thanks.

Okay, a few of you say that section ID does not matter, while others are saying that Tekkers are better at tekking what their ID most likely finds... Guess I'll have to try find out for myself from trial and error, unless any of you is absolutely sure. Tongue
