Photon Drops are used for what?

99 PD for a sphere, around 25-35 (I know thats very vague but I cannot remember) to add a lower percentage, and you can use the PDs in the Gallons shop quest to get items/rares that are usually for upgrading other already found items/rares like the berril photon or the barriers there.
