Red Weapons....what do the engravings mean?

I'm pretty sure it was the same. Even though Flowen wasn't in v2 in any way there were a few references made to him (much the same way that Soul of Steel refers to Olga before EPI&II came out). The Red series was one such reference.

They spell out the word Heathcliffe. Heathcliffe Flowen would make weapons for Red Ring Rico(aka. Red weapons). I think I got that right.
(Of course I dont have Episode3 or BB. Just 1&2)

hi i saw a love rappy but i was on only on hard so i only got twinshy guns
loive rappys are the rerest things in the game arent they lv 71 yamato,delsabers shield, elysion
