Thats what most consider it, and most of that is true
Tae = To kick Kwon = To punch Doe = The way/ art of doing

I done that and got to orange belt before I quit.
It got very boring because we always done the same thing over loads of time and there was no weapons involved.

It only gets boring if you dont have a feel for it. As a matter of fact Tae Kwon Doe does involve weapons but i dont think so until ur a red or black belt.

lol i didnt get bored of it...they had a weapons class for it too but teh instructers were assholes lol they jsut made me mad
