The only thing that LUCK affects is critical hit rates. Trust me because during my Spell Store Runs with my Humar (95 luck, 2 God/Abilities= +40 to his natural 55) I'm lucky to get even one rare, even if it's a Photon Drop! Too bad they dont' have something that DOES increase that chance...like Diablo 2's Magic Find Attribute

oh so thats what luck is for. My bad, but i keep finding photon drops and cut off limbs from monsters left and right.
