Is it your wepon, slot items, armors, frame, ect? Because you can't have an uneven amount. Unequip everything and then requip your' mag, then check...

yeah im stupid...I have been playin PSO for a long time...I already did that becuase when I train new mags I make now characters...and im getting the same thing...

It doesn't matter how long you've been playing, they don't,can't round up. Or at least to my knowledge. I've never raised a mag with an uneven amount of Dex..........of course we could always ask Kefka? He does know everything about the game after all....

well for whateer reason...mine rounds up...hell im not blind you know...I raise this mag myself and thats what hes got

I think it rounds up if the DEX bar is more than halfway full, which you can still do after it reaches lv 200.

No, the bar has no influence on the stat.

All figures are rounded down in PSO, but, there is one thing we do not see about statistics, decimals. They are here, but they just won't show.

So that's why sometimes, if your mag has 49 DEX, it will give you 24 or 25 ATA, depending on what your ATA is, with decimals.
If you have 157.3 ATA, it will boost your ATA by 24, but if you have 158.6 ATA, it will boost ATA by 25.

Did that make sense ?

Gain a Lv, the rounded "up" number should be rounded "down" after you Lv (well not necessarily, but there's a good chance it will).

Exactly... that's what I found after gaining levels. The level-up counters and the actual stats aren't always in sync; you'll sometimes see "ATA +1" and have it not show up on your stat screen... and vice versa, sometimes an ATA point will sneak in with a level-up and you won't see it.

As for colors... yes, dark green mags pwn, IMO. My FOnewearl's mag finally became the Sato I was planning on making it, dark green. Very cool looking. I'm also raising a dark green Rati to go with my HUmar's new look, but I'm not sure how much DEX to give it... maybe more than 50, not sure, probably whatever will give him max ATA (or close) at level 200.

A.S.: Just google-image-search "Deva mag" or something... you'll probably find the answer. I know, but it's a bit hard to explain; you'll definitely see the color though (which is why I'm not totally thrilled about my HUcaseal's white mag, which will probably become a Deva).

Wait, Nomad, when did I say anything about a Deva? I'm to lazy to look back. My Orange Deva got old with my RAmar, gave it to my HUcast. My first Mag was a screw up, 15/125/55/5. Second was a Savitri, it should have been 50/0/0/150, if not that 30/0/20/150, instead I got 10/10/40/140. My Deva and Sato had alike stats and are great. My Purple Sato is decent, however I want another light green Sato or Rukmin for my FOney.. I have come to the thought that my FOney would never have a PB blast, considering I never use ATP and I am never hurt with Jellen. So I could care less about my PB blast.
