Yes, what a pain.
Just a quick question to those who have bought PSO plus. Does it let you play split-screen online?
It's very unfortunate that in Episode 1&2 the option is offline only. I and my little sister would love to play (split-screen) online with others as we dislike taking turns on the GameCube... Please tell me we won't still be stuck offline with our 2-people team. (This is assuming PSO Plus will be released in Europe at all).

It's not really a matter of those who don't want it. It is those who don't need it.
And...Mirinee, think about multiplayer online and how utterly useless that would be. On top of that there is a socket shortage. Maybe 2 player online play would be able to be pulled off, but any more than that would just be plain upsetting.

To respond to those who think it's a waste of money, you're probably right... I'm just one of those suckers who borrows the game for months at a time off his friend, and REALLY needs to get his own... Pitiful, ain't it?
And I agree with Orphen. Split screen online? Not only would that be a pain in the ass, two people would be playing on one Hunter's Lisence. That WOULDN'T WORK. I don;t think Sega would allow that.

Yes, the shared hunter's licence is the real problem. The 'pain-in-the-ass'-screen-sharing-for-2-players was already implemented and seems to be bearable offline...
Oh, fine. Sega didn't think it would work either. I lose.
