It's not worst case scenario, really. You're not guaranteed a Hildetorr, ever, because the randomizer runs again every time you see a Hildelt. Worst case scenario is, you'll never find a Hildetorr, but it depends on how many times you pipe (because you can, theoretically, see infinite numbers of enemies).

piping in CDFS in pso+ is a better way to do it.

NEVER count how many pipes you have done, if you do that it'll get very frustrating if you've piped 128 and not seen the hildeltorr. it's much better to not now how much you've done it, it doesn't get as boring as quick either

Well, you don't have the luxury of NOT watching, if you're piping. And in the case of Poiully Slime, you don't have the luxury of being able to multitask, either; I've actually played games of chess elsewhere in the room whilst piping Mil Lilies in the temple.

And it's hard not to count the pipes you use, when you're an android... :ermm:

you guys must have alot of patience to wait that long for a rare enemy. i nevewr pipe and have seen only 4 rare enemies in the entire game, none of them in ultimate.

Patience, yes. It's really only a matter of time before you get the item you want, but that time will vary. That's why I say... unless you're piping slimes (in which case you have to devote all your attention to splitting the slimes), bring a GBA or something and multitask while you wait for the loading screens to go by.

I have a DS so I'm sorted, Once upon a time there was a Pofully slime, 2 minites later, there were five....

its still really boring. Anyway i cant multitask very well. Piping takes too long, you just waste you life in front of the tv. even with a DS or GBA your still wasting time on PSO.

Yes, but you're wasting time with your GBA or DS as well. You're doubling your productivity!

I should probably mention that piping Hildetorrs in Temple is an even bigger pain, since you can only get two at once. I spent about an hour tonight piping an '83 Agito, but saw no Hildetorr. :ermm:
