How do you get + Cards?

Not necessarily true.....in some cases, + cards are worse.....they're just using the same monster/item/action/assist card name, and slightly motified picture, to create another card. I think it's just to make them seem better (Which seems to be working)

Some of the stats may be worse, but the effects sometimes cover the physical weakness.
