It's a grey area I'm afraid. I've played with ill-legits before and been called un-legit because I was receiving 'dirty experience' were the words used. Which is absurd...........

For splitting the Slimes, use a Charge multi-enemy-hitter weapon (and carry no Meseta) and do Extra-Extra-Heavy combos, or you can use Rabarta (better than Gibarta), and Forces can use Hildeblue's Head (but it's as easy as Rabarta).

The Cure/Freeze you're looking for isn't all that neccessary either; if you tap LeftRightLeftRight... really quick on the control stick, you'll break out really quick. The Revival units only heal 1 HP/TP every 10 seconds, and a PB/Create does 1 PB every 30 seconds.

So you really have no need to hunt Red Slimes, it'll just cause stress (and alot of it).

Some people like me find Pouily Slimes pretty easily, it depends, if its a 1/2 drop don't bother. However, %87.5 is decent.

In places where time is of the essence, like Falz and Gol Dragon battles, Cure/Freeze is VERY helpful. Trust me, I have two.

Kefka: ...67 slimes without piping? Wow... heh. I've only seen two Pouilly Slimes outside of piping (one of them today on my way to the pipe spot... no Lavis Cannon though). Is there some online quest you play with tons of slimes in it? I'll have to check it out when I get online...

About this "dirty exp" thing... screw that, it's not that great for exp anyway. If they want to spend so much of thier time killing the same enemies over and over, then maybe they deserve to level up just for that kind of patience. What about "escort" runs? Are those dirty exp, too?

And as for the third-hit-split thing... you can only do that with one enemy at a time (unless you're using a multi-hit weapon)... it's not guaranteed to work, and while you're working on one, the others may attack, perhaps killing each other. Not a great idea. My strategy has been just to Rabarta them when they pop out, not giving them a chance to attack if possible. Sometimes, I assume too much of them however... I'll assume that I can make it back to the pipe in time... NEVER do that if you can help it. :ermm:

Addicting Food is as good as it gets (multiplayer has an area of twoi Slimes) from Slimes. CureFreeze is very important, considering not many people do as much episode II as I, you will need it for D-Falz only if you are weak, characters such as FOnewearl can destroy it before it attaks with simple Bartas.

The Recobox EXP thing is illegit, but if you're there playing, it's okay. Besides piping Slime for EXP can be that effective... The escorted runs? That's when a haxor is killing everything with a Heaven's Punisher +30 (30 TJS that is ) and you just mooch EXP, right? Since you get reduced EXP from those enemies, I guess it's okay too, but I'd just leave the game.

I have a Cure/Freeze, but I barely use it; it was from a Whitill Gulgus-gue, not a Slime.

I always thought escorting is when any regular high leveled better Hunters of PSO leads you through a level, optionally with the mooching off EXP.

Anyway, CureFreezes are primarily for bosses, and would be used in situational levels such as Mines, which have Slow-down, Confuse, Shock, Freeze (in Ult Vol Opt). So yes, this will help, but only temporalily for Mines and levels akin in terms of Freeze affects.

I've been piping these slimes all morning and there begining to piss me off. I'm in a room on addicting food with two slimes. I lost count of how many pipes I made. Still, no rare form. But an answer to this question will help:

If you find the rare form, will it's puddle be red, or just it's real form?
