transferring characters, is it possible?

I have to beg to differ...me and my friend were gonna try it, he had a level 69 Fomar, so we went to multimode, went to temp transfer, and as it was saving, we pulled out his memory card, then put it back in at the main screen, i think. Then his character was in the multimode slot, so it is possible, but only for multimode.

No, hes is still there to this day, just waiting for me to use him in multi-mode. It's not temp, because my friend took his memory card when he left.

when you go onto multi mode, theres a screen (i would show you but im half way through mines 2 so im not quitting..) and on the left theres the people in you memory card, and on the right are temporary characters, that are there for as long as you want. where is it?

Its on the file on the right, cuz it didnt go to my memory card, but he's just floating in multimode space. So i guess it is temporary, but it wont leave once i end.

thats normal, you dont have to pull out the memory card to do that... itll stay there till you move it.

But, it does have all his items and meseta....so im not sure whats going on.

aqs i said, thats normal, and you may want to change your sig... its meant to be 5 lines and yours is nearly 20

Yeah dont try all that crazy mumbo jumbo its not a great idea, as I say it worked once so if your desperate it might be a possibility but I cant see many using it.
