well,im new to the online scene in PSO myself,my friend today just bought the gamecube,PSO..the works..well he cant get online,his serial number is missing 1 number,any possible way he can get another number without buying another game and if so how?

Hows that? Do you mean its been worn off of the booklet over time, or the sequence is actually a number short?!

Whatever the case, I imagine he'll have to phone Sega and ask for a replacement.

he tryed calling sega and they told he would have to buy another copy,o well.

Its very strange for a game to have a serial number thats one number short!! SEGA should give you the full number, really, legally.
Anyways, since its only one number, you can always try putting 0 - 10 in the psace of the missing number and trying to connect each time. When it connects, you got the right number!

I'm glad they dont personally, if they did anyone could call up saying "my serial number is short a number!" get a new serial and get on with that uposed to a banned one
