Information on Challenge mode
#61
after completing one stage you can quit and save and next time you get on you can start at the next level. At least thats what I've heard, I've never even beaten the first stage of c-mode yet! Big Grin

Just wondering, when you do c-mode does your level revert to one or something?

Just, for c-mode yeah. When you do C-mode you start at certain lv capable of completing the lv. Your normal level isn't affected.

In Multimode, you can play C-Mode by selecting it from the Mode Select after you have chosen characters. Just note that your character will start Stage 1 as a Lv1 basic character, and you'll have 50 minutes to beat the Dragon. However, you'll return to your normal level in normal Story mode...

However, I think that C-Mode changes depending on the number of players you have. For example, you'll find more difficult enemies earlier with 4 people than with 2.

I'm not entirely sure about this, but I'm sure someone can clear it up (probably Kefka)...

EDIT-

Right, I've been thinking something. I want my HUnewearl to get an S-Rank Claw, but she'll be terrible in C-Mode. Is it possible to trade S-Ranks at all? Alternatively, I could drop it in offline Battle mode and pick it up with a different character?

I have two options - find someone who'll time attack with a HUnewearl on the party, or somehow give the final Claw to my HUnewearl after attaining it with another character (probably a HUcaseal).

If I don't know what lies beyond
Desire is now the one in control
Am I strong enough to not ever know just what I'd find?
Should I press on?
