Perfect day for THIS to happen...

Okay, I try to login this afternoon and I get Error 116: HL expired. Now, wtf... I was under the impression that the credit card got billed automatically. I know for a fact that the card I entered doesn't expire until next year, so why it's not billing the card is a mystery to me.

So I go to the HL site, finally remember my username, and check up on stuff. ...I HATE THEIR SITE. They NEVER give you the options you need. I clicked on my SN/AK and it came up with a screen that listed my HL as "INACTIVE," presumably since this morning. Yet the only button I saw was Cancel Account. Er can I get a "wtf" here???

And worse yet, it's Sunday, so there's no possible way I'm getting on until Monday, since I'm assuming I wouldn't be able to talk to a real person at Sega about this today (although maybe I'm wrong...). If I cancel and reactivate my account, what will that do? Anything I won't want?

Anyways, I have had this problem before. Just click on cancel the account and then click reactivate the account. After this you should get online just fine.

Lol no, my characters are on my memcard and not on their server (I'm not talking about BB, jarl ¬_¬).

Related question: you probably can't bring online 2 chars under the same SN/AK at one time (or can you?). I noticed you can register multiple SN/AKs to your account... if you do that, can you bring 2 chars online using different SN/AKs under your account?

I think that even if it were BB, then the characters aren't wiped until about 80 days after the cancellation. It doesn't disappear right away, unless you got banned possibly.

You can bring 2 chars on the SN/AK you just cant bring them to the same lobby, if you do one of them will DC. Also.. o.O I see nowhere where you can register another SN/AK
