As stated already, LUCK, in PSO anyway, increases your character's chances of dealing a critical hit. No if's, and's, or but's: that's what luck is.

thats what it does if you read it >.<

also some weapons increase your lck , but if your lck is 100 , even if you add more god/luck or a weapon that increases lck, your lck will be always 100, not more or less.
