C-Bringer+ is usefull because you can place it basically anywhere in the final battle, so the MV thing is not a problem.

C-Bringer (regular) gains AP = 2x the allies that died since it was played. So, I tried to keep an Arlan out there, and it would usually die, so my Bringer got 8 AP once.

Both of the Bringer's also have enough HP to use HP attack fairly well.

Yeah but you get more chance getting hit than get protected if you keep using more action points to replace the monsters and might not have enought to move or attack.
I'm still having trouble beating it and it pisses me off that i have to fight Castor again before Big shadow.

Key to killing any boss:
- bring out your biggest beefiest monster that has a pooload of HP
- walk up to the little bugger
- do a combo starting with HP Attack (swaps AP and HP while attacking, hence you need alot of HP on the monster) then followed by:
--- FL/NA/AB/MC/DK Attack (whichever is your monster's), then followed by another of whatever the enemy is. (Ampla Umbra has nothing so you can't really do this) OR
--- FL/NA/AB/MC/DK Attack (whichever is your monster's), followed by a Split Boost

Using a Sinow Zele (15 HP), you can easily do 30 damage with a single strike.

hp attack doesn't work :'( but at least i have a DARK BELRA which is good and only costs 5, that's how i killed it

HP Attack does work. I've now made some nasty Hunter decks that use it with a Yasminkov 3000R, Kranz (for Fixed Range) and HP Attack. It's actually quite nasty. I deal a nasty 22 damage pretty easily.

Did I mention that it is nasty?

That's because Dark Belras have "AC Unable".... hence, they can't use Attack Action Cards... such as HP Attack.
