You all have got me in the Pokemon m00d....Because the games are cool. And to whoever in the Emerald thread said that G/S sucked compared to R/S.......you are wrong. R/S sucked so much worse. =\ Updated graphics mean nothing. I would've rather played a GBA version of G/S with some of the R/S tweaks than R/S by themselves.......

where would the best place(highest level) to get hp ev's and attack ev's?

What would you reccomend as a thunder pokémon on emerald, because i've been thinking about an ampharos on emerald. But i have got a level 41 raichu and i just don't know what to do.

Salamence/Dragonite
Raichu/Ampharos

For HP EV's Whimsur in R/S/E and attack EV's in Saphire Shuppet in Mount Pyre, in Ruby the desert, Baltoy are worth 2 Attk ev's and Trapinch are worth one...

You know what sucks, I managed to actually catch the Pokerus virus in my Ruby version, put the pokemon in my PC, then when I traded them to my Leaf Green, the Pokerus wouldn't catch..... =\

*edit* And I would choose Ampharos, Ampy is FAR better than Raichu, with better movesets, hell even Pikachu pwns it's evolution with Light Ball, which doubles a Pikachus SpAtk.

As for your team, I would try to diversify it a little more, get rid of the Dragon type, Dragons are way overated. But if you had to go with one, go with Salamance, it has a far superior SpAtk stat in comparison to Dragonite, and that would make use of it's Dragon type moves.

oh ok then ^_^. Got an Ampharos yesterday (caught mareep in safari zone) and i taught it thunder over cotton spore. Ampy has got the magnet and where do you find the light ball:S .

Okay then, my bad, you get HP EV's on three island, where the patch of grass that contains only Dunspace, 1 HP EV each (remember it takes four EV's to add one stat point the next time you level up, so Macho Brace is highly recommended...) And attack EV's....I think....Oh, yeah, Mount Moon, Paris is worth 1 each for Atk, and there's the little tunnel that contains ONLY paris, right after you come in.

Corphish you find in some of the earlier towns by fishing, and Glaie is the evolution of snorunt or whatever it's called in the Shoal Cave.

Umm....sorry X| hehehe.....let me get my charts.

* YOu can only find wild parasect in the Safari Zone, and with EV's you want to try and get all your EV's in one level or so, the only real way to do this is find a wild Pokemon at a high level(Being a Pokemon you catch than with it) then fight low levels. THusly, fighting the higher level evolutions is unrecommended, though you can do it. YOu can find Pidgeotto in the Berry Forest, with the Macho Brace that would give you one point.

For your natures on Pokemon the only one with SpAtk +/Atk - is Modest.

Wow i was killing whismur/loudred and my ampharos went up 7hp so it really does work . Also my bro's scizor went up 10 attack:O.

EDIT: Thanks and which rod do you need for a corphish and how rare is a snorunt.
EDIT2: Lol i forgot, how do you get further into shoal cave because i can see a couple of ladders and a bridge but i can't get there.
