Do you fight in the dark as you fight in a clear room?
this is just to see if you go and turn the lights on or if you fight first.
personaly, i fight in dark rooms the same way in clear rooms, i only need the map, and just by loking at the map i can make by the criature movement wich criature is it, in the case of baranz or complicaded criatures i already know the position were they apear, and the timing to avoid the atacks, either is a baranz missile or a delsaber, i can avoid as easily as in a clear room (lights on).
now i want to know wow do you deal with the dark.

some of the time i will fight in the dark, but most the time i will turn on the lights, its just much easier- you can see what the enemies are, you can see what they are doing (eg- in mine, is a sinow multiplying or invisifying(!)? and is a gil/dub chic shooting its laser?) and the light gives you a lot more confidence.

i can also see the enemys but i normaly use the map to know were they are, even if i don't see the enemy i always now were they are, and turning the lights on takes time, and time wasted is something i do not like to do.

sometimes i do that, if i want to fight a boss, or if a zone takes me along time to pass, but now i do not do it anymore, when i play i have the idea that i have time to do it, and in fact i hate wasting time leaving the console on but sometimes the final product can be interesting.
you may turn the lights on, but i know every single criature in every room in every zone, i know the way, i know the criatures and because of that i can see that the criature i'm fighting is a claw, or a vulmer, even in the dark i know wich criature i'm fighting.
i will tell you something, you better rely on the map, without the map,.....now thats darkness to me. (but i already know the criatures so ....no worry)

you saying that makes you sound obsessed no offence or anything but knowing every zone off by heart is well....a bit on the mastermind side of pso
