Personally...Yes.As for me,i only just spotted this thread so decided to post.I use two katanas(one with a concealed dagger in the hilt),throwing knives,longbow and a Tetsugen.

out of japanes swords i duel wield a wakizashi and a tanto just for kicks

Thats what i do,dual-wielding.My swords are a tad on the heavy side,though.So,half of the time i end up just using one,until its knocked from my hand,then i get the other one out.

you need very good balance to use two katanas properly i know of only a few people who can

I used to, but then it just got boring. I'm very stealthy person, so the balance thing isn't a problem.

I've trained with Nunchaku, Jo Staves, and Sai
I hope to eventually get onto Katanas, Kama (yes they are a weapon), and Tonfa

Hm. Of course, my representative confuses Dexterity with stealth...Hm.
Regardless, I've felt a need to train alot more often recently, I've increased my workouts of 50 to 150 concerning my pushups. Then again, I don't work out just as much as I used to, so I basically look the same, although my muscle density has increased a fair bit in a week.

I've not been using many weapons recently, I've been practicing more unarmed.
